1. Booking and Payment
Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment or as per the platform's policy. Prices include all utilities, internet, and final cleaning unless otherwise stated.

2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

3. House Rules
Guests must follow all house rules, including:
- No parties or events
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the property
- Respect for quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

4. Occupancy
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. The number of guests must not exceed the limit agreed at booking.

5. Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

6. Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy follows the rules of the platform used for booking (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.). Direct bookings may follow a specific policy communicated at the time of reservation.

7. Privacy
Guest information is treated confidentially and used solely for reservation and legal compliance purposes. No personal data will be shared with third parties unless required by law.

8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Rome.
