Cancellation policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the check-in date.
In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any transaction or payment processing fees (e.g., credit card or platform commissions).

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be requested in writing via the platform used to make the reservation, or by email in the case of direct bookings.
