All our apartments are located within 500 meters of the Vatican, and no more than 1 km apart from each other.

Can I check in earlier or check out later?
🕒 We’d love to offer flexibility, but here’s how it works:
We use a professional external cleaning service that operates independently between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and we don’t have control over their schedule.
As our apartments are in a high-demand area, guests often leave the same day others arrive — meaning we need that time to prepare the home to our standards.
We truly appreciate your understanding — it's all to ensure your apartment is clean, fresh, and ready.

How far are the properties from main Rome's Monuments?
Our properties are located in the heart of Rome, just steps away from the Vatican, and within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as Castel Sant’Angelo, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, and even the Colosseum with a pleasant stroll.
Staying here means you can explore the Eternal City at your own pace — no need for taxis or public transport for most of your itinerary.

Is parking available near the apartments?
✅ Yes, parking is usually not a problem.
While the apartment doesn’t have private parking, guests often find spots on nearby streets.
White lines = free public parking
Blue lines = paid parking (via totem or app)
There are also private garages in the area, including the nearby Parcheggio Mercato Trionfale, which is secure, convenient, and open daily.
So even if you arrive by car, you’ll have good options close by.

What are the check-in hours, what if my flight is late or I arrive at night? Can I still check in??
Standard check-in is available from 4:00 PM onwards.
From 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Free of charge
From 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM: €20 late check-in fee
From 1:00 AM to 8:00 AM: €40 late night check-in fee
Late check-in fees must be paid in cash directly to the check-in manager upon arrival.
If you plan to arrive outside the standard hours, please inform us in advance so we can arrange your check-in accordingly.
